As Labuan Bajo is a remote island, available materials are limited and all deliveries take time to arrive. For this reason, all custom decoration orders must be booked at least one month in advance. Last-minute requests are subject to availability — please contact us directly via WhatsApp.
Karena Labuan Bajo adalah pulau terpencil, ketersediaan material terbatas dan semua pengiriman membutuhkan waktu. Oleh karena itu, semua pesanan dekorasi kustom harus dipesan minimal satu bulan sebelumnya. Permintaan mendadak tergantung ketersediaan — silakan hubungi kami langsung via WhatsApp.

All prices displayed are indicative starting prices. Final prices will be confirmed after a full review of your request and communicated via a formal quote sent to you. Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
Semua harga yang ditampilkan adalah harga awal yang bersifat indikatif. Harga final akan dikonfirmasi setelah peninjauan lengkap atas permintaan Anda dan dikomunikasikan melalui penawaran resmi yang akan dikirimkan kepada Anda. Penawaran berlaku selama 7 hari sejak tanggal penerbitan.
💰 Payment
Pembayaran
A 50% upfront deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 2 days prior to the event. All payments must be made via bank transfer — details will be provided in the invoice. The deposit is non-refundable once design or custom ordering has commenced.
⚠️ No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received and acknowledged by Kilau Bajo.
Deposit sebesar 50% diperlukan untuk mengkonfirmasi pemesanan Anda. Sisa pembayaran harus dilunasi minimal 2 hari sebelum acara. Semua pembayaran dilakukan melalui transfer bank. Deposit tidak dapat dikembalikan setelah desain atau pemesanan kustom dimulai.

Force Majeure & Logistik
Force majeure events are frequent in Labuan Bajo (extreme weather, sea conditions, ferry delays, supply disruptions). It may happen that orders arrive late or that certain materials become unavailable. In such cases, Kilau Bajo will make every effort to find suitable alternative solutions and will inform the client as soon as possible.
Kejadian force majeure sering terjadi di Labuan Bajo (cuaca ekstrem, kondisi laut, keterlambatan feri, gangguan pasokan). Pesanan mungkin tiba terlambat atau bahan tertentu tidak tersedia. Dalam kasus seperti ini, Kilau Bajo akan berupaya semaksimal mungkin untuk menemukan solusi alternatif dan akan menginformasikan klien sesegera mungkin.
🔄 Material Substitution
Penggantian Material
In the event that a specific product or material is unavailable due to supply or logistics constraints, Kilau Bajo reserves the right to substitute it with an equivalent product of equal or higher quality, with prior notice to the client.
Jika produk atau material tertentu tidak tersedia karena kendala pasokan atau logistik, Kilau Bajo berhak untuk menggantinya dengan produk setara berkualitas sama atau lebih baik, dengan pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu kepada klien.

Our services are available from 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Any services required outside of these hours will incur an additional charge of Rp 150.000 per hour.

📍 Access & Setup
Akses & Pemasangan
The event owner or renter must grant access to the event location at the agreed-upon time. We recommend setting up on the day before the event (H-1) or on the event day itself (H) for best results.
Pemilik atau penyewa acara harus memberikan akses ke lokasi acara pada waktu yang telah disepakati. Kami merekomendasikan pemasangan pada hari sebelum acara (H-1) atau pada hari acara itu sendiri (H) untuk hasil terbaik.
⚡ Electricity
Listrik
For services requiring a power connection, the event owner is responsible for providing electricity. Generator usage will incur a separate fee. Our battery-powered packs (EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max Plus) operate fully autonomously — no outlet required.
Untuk layanan yang memerlukan koneksi daya, pemilik acara bertanggung jawab menyediakan listrik. Penggunaan generator akan dikenakan biaya tersendiri. Paket bertenaga baterai kami (EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max Plus) beroperasi sepenuhnya secara mandiri — tidak memerlukan colokan listrik.

🛡️ Decoration Handover
Serah Terima Dekorasi
Any damage occurring after the official handover of the decoration is no longer the responsibility of Kilau Bajo.
Setiap kerusakan yang terjadi setelah serah terima resmi dekorasi bukan lagi tanggung jawab Kilau Bajo.
🔌 Electronic Equipment
Peralatan Elektronik
Any damage to electronic items during the event is the full responsibility of the renter, who must pay for the damaged item(s) at the current market replacement value.
⚠️ This applies to all rental equipment: speakers, subwoofers, microphones, battery stations, PAR lights and DJ controllers.
Setiap kerusakan pada peralatan elektronik selama acara berlangsung sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab penyewa, yang harus membayar item yang rusak sesuai nilai penggantian pasar saat ini.

Kilau Bajo reserves the right to photograph and use images of completed events for its communication on Instagram (@kilaubajo · @kilaudecor) and other marketing materials. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before the event.
Kilau Bajo berhak untuk memotret dan menggunakan gambar acara yang telah selesai untuk komunikasinya di Instagram (@kilaubajo · @kilaudecor) dan materi pemasaran lainnya. Jika Anda ingin menolak, harap beritahu kami secara tertulis sebelum acara.

🚗 Free Transport Zone
Zona Transportasi Gratis
Transport is free within Labuan Bajo, Kaper, and Marombok areas. For events outside these areas, a transport surcharge applies based on distance.
Transportasi gratis dalam area Labuan Bajo, Kaper, dan Marombok. Untuk acara di luar area ini, biaya transportasi tambahan berlaku berdasarkan jarak.
🌊 Boat & Offshore Events
Acara di Kapal & Lepas Pantai
For boat events, the renter is responsible for the safe transport of all equipment on board. Any damage caused by sea conditions, water exposure, or mishandling on the vessel is the renter's sole responsibility.
Untuk acara di kapal, penyewa bertanggung jawab atas keamanan transportasi semua peralatan di atas kapal. Kerusakan akibat kondisi laut, paparan air, atau penanganan yang tidak tepat di atas kapal sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab penyewa.

❌ Cancellation Policy
Kebijakan Pembatalan
All cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp to +62 851-9035-3273.
The following standard cancellation terms apply:
· More than 7 days before the event: 50% of deposit refunded.
· Less than 7 days before the event: Deposit non-refundable.
· Less than 48 hours before the event: Full booking amount due.
Additionally, any costs already incurred for special or custom orders (materials, printing, custom designs, flowers) are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation timing.
The amount retained will always be the higher of the two: the standard cancellation penalty OR the actual costs already incurred for your order — whichever is greater. Both clauses apply simultaneously and are not mutually exclusive.
In case of force majeure, Kilau Bajo will work with the client to reschedule at no additional charge.

Ketentuan pembatalan standar berikut berlaku:
· Lebih dari 7 hari sebelum acara: 50% deposit dikembalikan.
· Kurang dari 7 hari sebelum acara: Deposit tidak dapat dikembalikan.
· Kurang dari 48 jam sebelum acara: Jumlah pemesanan penuh harus dibayar.
Selain itu, biaya yang sudah dikeluarkan untuk pesanan khusus atau kustom (material, cetak, desain kustom, bunga) tidak dapat dikembalikan terlepas dari waktu pembatalan.
Jumlah yang ditahan selalu merupakan yang tertinggi dari keduanya: denda pembatalan standar ATAU biaya aktual yang sudah dikeluarkan untuk pesanan Anda — mana yang lebih besar. Kedua ketentuan ini berlaku secara bersamaan dan tidak saling menggantikan.
